10 of my must have favourite things that make dog grooming a treat. Dog Grooming
There is nothing more exciting than getting a new piece of equipment or product to try out. I have over the years tried 50 million pairs of scissors and a million different blasters, driers and shampoos, Here is my personal favorites. Dog Grooming
This really is the stuff, I love it! Leave the coat in great condition and gives such a great lift to the coat. I spray it in after blasting while the dog is still damp and brush the coat while stand drying. Amazing product and one of the ones I have used from the beginning of my career. Dog Grooming
I have tried so many different blenders and I always come back to my Blue Breeze. They are a great workhorse blender and they give you the most fantastic finish. They have made light work out of a lot of difficult coats.
The Furzone was sent to me for testing and it didnt displease. This fantastic piece of kit works fantastically for a range of jobs, I mainly use it for smaller dogs, but i have used it for poodle face, feet & tail. It is a whiz at getting in those more difficult areas that larger clippers just feel more clunky at achieving. The Blades last forever as well. Dog Grooming
This is so good, I keep a bottle in my office for me. I use it constantly, just for good measure, I actually need more atm. It really makes a difference when working with highly strung dogs, fidgets & professional wrestlers.
The High Gloss really does finish a groom of nicely, especially a hand strip, but works well on double coats as well. Use Sparingly, It goes a long way and I often spray it on the brush and then apply. It adds a beautiful lustrous shine to the coat and the dogs leaves looking super healthy. Dog Grooming
Absolutely love these brushes, again a bit on the pricey side, but they do the job well and make light work of a variety of different coat types. I have added a little duct tape on the back of each of mine just to strengthen it, as we do a large amount of dogs on a daily basis and it does get a good battering. They are well worth the money though.
Absolute god send when doing a full scissor on a variety of different breeds, Helps get a beautiful finish and has lovely smell. I find I use this most on poodle or poodle cross breeds a lot, especially when scissoring in legs.
